Our Team

Q is one of Go's industrial energy specialists. His understanding of process cooling, industrial refrigeration and compressed air systems has allowed him to develop multiple custom system and energy simulation tools. His data analysis and simulation skills are critical to the success of industrial energy audits, industrial measurement and verification (M&V) projects, complex system simulations, commissioning etc.

Q has authored and co-authored multiple technical papers published to ACEEE, AEE ASHRAE, and other conferences/journals in the field of energy. Topics include the energy-efficiency in ammonia refrigeration systems, cycling losses in packaged air conditioning systems, motor and v-belt energy efficiency and M&V for chilled water systems. Q continues learning through his experience and continues to share expertise through publications and presentations.

Q received his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India (2011) and completed his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton (UD) with a focus in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (2013). Q was a key team member and research assistant in the University of Dayton Industrial Assessment Center (IAC). Q's Ammonia Refrigeration simulation tool is still used at the UD-IAC to quantify energy savings in ammonia refrigeration systems. He completed 20 industrial energy assessments with the UD-IAC and is also an accredited LEED Green Associate.

Q is passionate about working in the energy efficiency field. He believes that energy efficiency is key to a sustainable future, globally. It is often the first step followed by advanced energy technologies and renewable energy.

Q's love for cars allows him to be our team's resident car mechanic. He also loves driving around the country to visit interesting cities and historic sites.
