Kevin Fisher
Kevin is one of Go’s most seasoned energy engineers, measurement and verification specialists, and energy auditors. He is well-versed in commercial and industrial energy using systems, supporting our energy auditing, commissioning, and portfolio energy management services.
As a core member of our strategic energy management team, he advises our portfolio health care clients in the pursuit of energy and cost savings. Kevin has aided health care systems’ prioritization, identification, and execution of energy efficiency opportunities. Furthermore, he has assisted in setting goals to help health care facilities track progress towards overall reduction of energy use. Ongoing engagement with health care utility systems allows our team to be significantly more effective and improves the cost of health care.
Kevin’s passion for appropriate technology and engineering service work led him to join the University of Dayton’s ETHOS program, a program dedicated to engineering immersion service projects around the world. Kevin implemented appropriate technology projects in Guatemala and Nicaragua and spent three summers living in Central America. Since graduating from the University of Dayton with his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Master of Science in Renewable and Clean Energy, Kevin has continued his support of the program. He even helped organize and lead a trip to Nicaragua while working at Go in 2013.
Kevin is a member of Go's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team, that helps to shape and guide Go's DEI efforts. He also serves as an advocate for newer engineers, leading them through continuous learning, discussion of their interests and goals, their role within our team, and where their skills fit.
