As a seasoned energy engineer, Kevin is well-versed in commercial and industrial energy using systems, supporting our energy auditing, commissioning, and portfolio energy management services. Kevin was a project lead and senior reviewer for our work in AES Ohio (formerly DP&L) territory, helping our team perform evaluation, measurement & verification for hundreds of commercial and industrial energy efficiency projects in that territory.
Kevin is a core member of our strategic energy management team, which advises our portfolio health care clients in the pursuit of energy and cost savings. Kevin has aided health care systems’ prioritization, identification, and execution of energy efficiency opportunities. Furthermore, he has assisted in setting goals in targets to help health care facilities track progress towards overall reduction of energy use. Ongoing engagement with health care utility systems allows our team to be significantly more effective and improves the cost of health care.
Kevin’s passion for appropriate technology and engineering service work led him to join the University of Dayton’s ETHOS program, a program dedicated to engineering immersion service projects around the world. Kevin implemented appropriate technology projects in Guatemala and Nicaragua and spent three summers living in Central America. Since graduating from the University of Dayton with his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Master of Science in Renewable and Clean Energy, Kevin has continued his support of the program. He even helped organize and lead a trip to Nicaragua while working at Go in 2013.
