Lianna is an engineer that conducts energy audits, assists on measurement and verification projects, and serves our healthcare clients as part of our embedded energy management teams. Lianna is a December 2019 graduate of the University of Dayton, earning her degree in Mechanical Engineering. Lianna’s academic accomplishments include being an Honors student and a member of the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honors Society.
She had several curricular and co-curricular experiences that propelled her to seek a career in sustainability. Particularly, in her capstone design class, she worked with her team to design and model a zero energy, off the grid house complete with solar panels, wind turbines, straw bale walls, composting toilets, and an integrated geothermal and groundwater pump system. She comes to Go with multiple internship experiences, the most relevant of which was with Emerson working in A/C Engineering and Integrated Products where she had the chance to work on compressor performance, line time studies, insulation re-work, and various testing and design projects.
Lianna is also an Ultimate Frisbee enthusiast who served as the UD Woman’s Ultimate Frisbee club team Conditioning Chair and Risk Manager!
